This year's edition featured more than 46,000 runners. Some crossed their start line in Krakow, including teams from the companies: Lerg in Pustków-Osiedle, Sarzyna Chemical of Nowa Sarzyna and Izo-Erg of Gliwice. Given the popularity and huge interest in the event, the PBR organizers opted for a split of the run locations into 3 parts, with 2 days held in Krakow and 1 day in Warsaw, to "decongest" the route as far as possible. With that option at hand, the company Marpol of Ignatki joined the race in the capital city of Poland.
Each member of the run team on the location was supposed to do the same 4 km lap in a relay arrangement.
On the other hand, those who took part remotely by GPS tracking also had to cover a distance of 4 km, and document it in detail using the PBR app, with their individual results posted on the run website.
Our thanks go to all the runners for every kilometre covered, for private time spent for the event, and for their willingness to give selfless help, which by the end of the year will reach over 150 beneficiaries of the Poland Business Run Foundation with physical disabilities and after mastectomy. The funds raised during the event are planned to finance prosthetic limbs, wheelchairs, rehabilitation treatments, orthopaedic equipment and psychological support.
In total, 24 five-person teams from the LERG Group took part in this year's edition of the race!
Thank you!
