I IZO-ERG sponsors young designers of the Proton Dynamic Team

Advanced technologies are increasingly developed by industry and academia working hand in hand. The partnership between IZO-ERG and the Proton Dynamic Team at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in the design and construction of electric racing vehicles, is a testimony to this.

For years now, Proton Dynamic students have been taking part in the international Formula Student competition, recognized as one of the most important engineering programs for young designers. Participating teams not only develop vehicles from scratch but also gain experience in the design, testing and putting advanced technical solutions in real-world service.

IZO-ERG supplied materials for use in the construction of the latest PD3 racing car. As the input to the collaboration, the team received EPGC202 boards and Nomex materials, which are intended for applications that require the right combination of strength, durability and weight reduction.

Demanding technical projects have made use of these solutions for many years. Wherever ultimate material reliability, safety and optimized structural parameters count, their properties make them perfectly suitable for use.

The PD3 is a fruit of months of team work, including design, prototyping, testing and improving vehicle components. This advanced build demonstrates the importance of the right materials in today's engineering.

For IZO-ERG, to contribute to such projects comes naturally as an extension of our partnerships with the technical and academic communities. To us, to support ambitious student projects is a way to share experience and build a future based on knowledge, innovation and a practical approach to engineering.

It gives us a lot of satisfaction that our materials were used in the PD3 project and could further the development by the Proton Dynamic Team. Best wishes to the young designers in the upcoming Formula Student competition, and further success in meeting demanding engineering challenges.

Good luck, Proton Dynamic!
