Pressed bearings

Thermosetting bearings are manufactured by high-pressure moulding of cotton cloth or cloths: jute
and cotton impregnated with phenolic resin or phenolic resin with additive of PTFE.

Application:
Bearings are applied in metallurgy for rolling mills.
Permissible temperature of continuous work of bearings is 105°C.
Bearings can be applied in other industries.

Types of bearings:

Type of bearing Structure of bearing
W bearings made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin, set in layer combination.
W – J bearings made of cloths: cotton and jute impregnated with phenolic resin,
set in layer combination.
W – T bearings made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin with additive
of teflon, set in layer combination.
X bearings made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin, set in chaotic combination
X – J Bearings made of cloths: cotton and jute impregnated with phenolic resin,
set in chaotic combination.
